How about this?
Go to this page. (It's the German Railway website).
Put in any city you like in Europe or Asia... how about Moskva, or Southampton, or La Rochelle, hit "Anzeigen", then pick a time of day from the list.
Result? A full list of train departures - done minute-by-minute, the German way.
For everywhere. I know - it's somehow *fascinating* to know just how many commuter trains leave Helsinki every hour.
Just me then? Oh, sorry.
Anyway - off on hols now till Friday - see you then!
Posted by Eurodan at August 4, 2003 1:43 AMThat is really impressive. Just the sort of thing that the web is ideal for.
I tried a few somewhat obscure stations, and it came back pretty much instantly with a list of departures, but I was disappointed to find nothing listed for my local station, Alcoy, although that was perhaps a little ambitious ;-)
Very much slicker than the National rail site for the UK.
